Stradey Castle has been home to the Mansel Lewis family since it was built in the 1850's. This Grade 2* Victorian House, set in a secluded location outside Llanelli, is now open for Heritage Tours, Filming, Concerts, Parties, Photoshoots and Wedding Receptions. We are in the process of obtaining a License for the House to become a venue for Wedding Ceremonies.
You can visit Stradey Castle on one of our regular Heritage Tours, held at 2.30pm on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month between April and September, or as part of a privately arranged tour. Booking is essential.

For decades, Stradey has proved to be a wonderful and popular concert venue. The performers make use of the grand staircase in the hall where one of the House's two grand pianos are located.
Stradey is becoming a popular venue for receptions and parties such as birthday teas and private lunches in the dining room. These can be accompanied by a tour of the House.
The gardens, woodland and parkland surrounding Stradey Castle provide huge scope for outdoor events of many kinds.
